Derby City Council have a requirement for a person with experience of Local Land Charges to join our busy team for a 3 month period to support a period of extended staff sickness and the implementation of the IDOX TLC (we currently use IDOX Acolaid) system anticipated by December 2018.

The successful person will primarily be required to provide technical support in the answering of Local Authority Search questions and have experience of processing either Planning or Highways consultee areas, Building Control, Health and Housing Records. Ideally we would also need the individual to be able to compile and despatch search responses to customers and it would be helpful if they have experience of registering Local Land Charges.

Attached is a Job Description and Person Spec for the role, however, whilst the Job Title is Elections and Local Land Charges Technician the focus of the role will be primarily Local Land Charges related.
