Turnaround Times

As we all know, we’re generally taking longer than usual to process searches at the moment. There are two main reasons for this;

1. We’re mainly working from home, which limits access to all our resources, has placed additional demands on some members of staff and, for most, meant we’re e-mailing personal searches rather than facilitating personal inspections.
   
   
2. The property market came to a virtual standstill in April and May, picked up the pace in June and since July has seen search numbers increasingly well above normal levels.
