Local Land Charge Fees
Guidance for registering authorities on setting fees for local land charge services in England.
In January 2007 the Government laid the above guidance for local authorities which brought into effect section 13A of the Local land Charges Act 1975 - deregulation of the statutory fees payable for a Search of the Local Land Charges Register with the exception of the Statutory Personal Search fee.
