LLCI are delighted to announce the Winner and Highly Commended
Local Land Charges Officer of the Year Award as follows:-
Award Winner - Louise Carleton-Prangnell, Southampton City Council
"Southampton City Council is a large unitary authority and due to rationalisation and cost cutting, Louise is now the only Local Land Charges Officer as well as the LLPG custodian. She has taken these dramatic changes in her stride and fought to ensure that the service to the clients has not been affected. In addition, Louise undertakes significant research into service changes such as the Land Registry Project and has also actively taken on board the role of Land Registry Advocate. Louise delivers excellent customer service and a seamless transition to new working arrangements".
Highly Commended - Steve Gosling, formerly Birmingham City Council
